Realizing the owner’s vision for an engaging, modern workplace, the spacious and state-of-the-art venue is equipped with smart features including mood lighting and audio settings that can be controlled for any event or client meeting at any time of the day. The corporate headquarters also includes a wine cellar, an open kitchen, and an event space. As the design-build contractors and construction management supervisors, our team produced all design elements within a $7 million budget and a one-year timeframe.
