Overseeing a 4,000 square foot, multi-million dollar, oceanfront model residence exclusively designed by Armani Casa in their first branded real estate venture in the country, we built 26 individual residences totaling over 50,000 square feet. The first model unit sold at the highest price in the building and became one of the highest-priced sales per square foot in all of Sunny Isles. Our collaboration extended to another 50,000 square feet of common areas to the creation of the very first Giorgio Armani-certified design, curated by the designer himself and enabled by our partnership as the brand representative and project management team.
