Showcasing arched columns and doorways and a wraparound walkway, the corner lot structure brings the effortless, minimalist-chic appeal of Mediterranean charm to the Design District’s modern scene. The second and third floors of the three-story building house more than 6,000 square feet, topped with a luxurious rooftop deck that rounds out the design. Breaking ground in mid-2015 and reaching completion two years later, our team fused tradition and innovation to produce sturdy exterior and interior spaces for expansive layouts, eventually serving as a private school for language immersion upon MV Group’s sale of the property in 2018.
