Manny John Varas has a broad range of responsibilities and is involved with all phases of the construction process. John manages, and monitors the company’s treasury, investments, accounting, sub-contractor, and vendor project finances. He brings a comprehensive understanding for the particular needs of a variety of projects. His focus, drive, and straightforward approach to problem-solving and change management make him an exceptional leader. Manny John Varas is a graduate of the University of Miami.

Elisha has managed the design thru the completion of nearly 30,000 SF of interior build-outs at and has overseen both luxury residential & commercial interior projects as well as the construction of complex custom residences. Elisha enjoys managing projects from the initial idea on a cad drawing to the actual final client walk-thru. She takes great pride in being able to combine the architect’s design, the designer vision and being able to orchestrate effectively to achieve the client’s dream.

Elisha holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the esteemed Tulane School of Architecture and is actively involved in her community having served as the committee chair for MV’s Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build and Corporate Run.

Nicole Luis has overseen multi-million dollar custom home projects, from pre-construction through project completion, with a special emphasis on waterfront luxury residences. Nicole is known for her amazing work ethic, attention to detail and under the radar leadership style. During her tenure at MV she has managed the design & construction of waterfront homes on Palm Island, Golden Isles, and Hibiscus Island.

She is a graduate of one the most prestigious design university in the world, Academia Italiana in Florence, Italy.

Maria Varas is MV Groups Head Accounting Clerk. She oversees daily accounting and financial matters. Her role facilitates the designers, project managers, and buildout crew during the various project stages by ensuring proper reports pulled for budget updates, as well as paying out vendors and materials. Her duties are vital to our team’s success for every project type.

Nathalie Baez is responsible for and heavily involved in: project plan development, construction operations, cost and schedule analysis, subcontractor negotiations, and understands how to implement plans effectively and take a project through completion. Nathalie has collaborated with some of the top architects and designers in building high-end interior projects on Fisher Island & luxury waterfront residences in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Star Island.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Miami.

Becky Bowen is a strategic partner and operational leader who ensures effective staffing, compliance, and careful selection of new team
members. She manages the hiring process from job definition to onboarding, focusing on candidates who perform well and align with the organization’s values. Becky adeptly balances employee needs with business objectives, contributing significantly to company growth and stability. With a background in Business Administration, she brings extensive experience to her role.

Bryan Alvarez is a proficient Construction Project Superintendent with a solid background in commercial construction and on-site leadership. He effectively supervises crews, manages job site logistics, and ensures compliance with project timelines and safety protocols. Skilled in using construction management software such as Procore, he oversees material and equipment inventory while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous professional development.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, graduating Cum Laude from Florida International University

Felipe Olaya is a dedicated Construction Site Superintendent with a strong track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently. Known for hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and effective coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Experienced in quality control, progress reporting, material procurement, and managing change orders. Skilled in maintaining clean, compliant, and organized job sites while contributing to budgeting and schedule goals. A collaborative problem-solver committed to creating productive, safety-focused work environments.

George Fernandez is an experienced professional in Construction and Interior Design, with expertise in managing high-value projects in local, national, and international markets. He excels in comprehensive project management, including permitting, procurement, budgeting, and on-site supervision for diverse developments, such as beachfront infrastructure and luxury residential spaces. George has successfully directed projects valued between $5 million and $25 million, overseeing scheduling, request for Information (RFI) processes, and team coordination. He previously led a 12-member design team and has a strong portfolio in restaurant and custom residential interiors, providing services from conceptual design to construction documentation. He is recognized for his financial acumen and ability to deliver high-quality results in complex environments.

Liliana Stoikow is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of our organization through effective
accounting practices and leadership. As the Executive Accounting Manager, she leads the accounting team, manages core financial operations, and ensures financial integrity and compliance. Liliana plays a crucial role in guiding the company’s overall financial well-being.

Martin Aleman holds a pivotal leadership position at the construction site, where he oversees daily field operations. His primary responsibility is to ensure that the project is executed safely, within the established timeline, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. As the on-site leader, Martin coordinates teams, addresses issues in real-time, and guarantees that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications.

Megan Mosquera is an accomplished Marketing Coordinator with expertise in managing subcontractor and vendor relations, internal
communications, and marketing initiatives. She is responsible for executing monthly email campaigns, event planning, and graphic design
support. Additionally, she oversees branded materials, including field staff shirt orders, and develops promotional content. Megan effectively aligns office operations with marketing strategies to enhance visibility and supports project teams for the construction company.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida International University.

Miguel Grisanti is a dedicated construction professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential job site operations. He is
recognized for his strong work ethic, reliability, and proactive application of advanced construction techniques. As a qualified civil engineer, he
demonstrates proficiency in technologies such as Procore. His experience has notably enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects.

Olessya Bondar is a detail-oriented Construction Permit Expeditor specializing in municipal permitting processes for residential and commercial projects. She effectively coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure the timely submission and approval of permit applications. With experience in reviewing construction documents for compliance and resolving code issues, she tracks permits throughout all phases. Olessya is recognized for streamlining workflows, minimizing delays, and helping project teams stay on schedule.

Paul Miceli is a results-oriented construction professional with extensive experience in all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to project closeout. He excels in coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Mr. Miceli effectively manages requests for information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and documentation workflows to ensure project organization and timeliness. He is recognized for his proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results in dynamic construction environments

Daniel Pattany is an accomplished Pre-Construction Coordinator with extensive experience in managing pre-construction phases for commercial and residential projects. He specializes in trade coordination, subcontractor procurement, budgeting, and schedule development. Mr. Pattany collaborates with architects, engineers, interior designers, and city officials to guide projects from concept to permitting. He is recognized for his valued engineering skills, optimizing unit layouts, and streamlining document submission processes. Additionally, he supports construction startups with planning and cost estimation. Previously, he served as a Project Coordinator in Atlanta, focusing on owner representation, construction loan monitoring, pre-construction plan reviews, and property condition assessments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami.

Michel Baroud is a strategic leader committed to ensuring that construction operations are managed efficiently and profitably, while aligning with the overarching vision of the company. He adeptly integrates his technical expertise with executive decision-making, leadership abilities, and client relationship management. As an entrepreneurial owner, he possesses a proven track record of establishing successful operations from their inception.

Valdemar Revilla assists the team in accounting and financial processes. He also prepares financial analysis for potential commercial projects for the group. Detail–oriented individual who exemplifies professionalism, and an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given moment. Demonstrated history of successfully providing high-quality guidance to staff and management as well as facilitating solid client relations. Highlighted leadership qualities and the ability to work with and manage people from varying backgrounds, while promoting team values.

Val began his career in accounting and finance in Venezuela working in Investment and trading he received his bachelor degree in Accounting. In addition, Valdemar Revilla earned his MBA from University of Illinois.
