Manny John Varas has a broad range of responsibilities and is involved with all phases of the construction process. John manages, and monitors the company’s treasury, investments, accounting, sub-contractor, and vendor project finances. He brings a comprehensive understanding for the particular needs of a variety of projects. His focus, drive, and straightforward approach to problem-solving and change management make him an exceptional leader. Manny John Varas is a graduate of the University of Miami.
Elisha has managed the design thru the completion of nearly 30,000 SF of interior build-outs at and has overseen both luxury residential & commercial interior projects as well as the construction of complex custom residences. Elisha enjoys managing projects from the initial idea on a cad drawing to the actual final client walk-thru. She takes great pride in being able to combine the architect’s design, the designer vision and being able to orchestrate effectively to achieve the client’s dream.
Elisha holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the esteemed Tulane School of Architecture and is actively involved in her community having served as the committee chair for MV’s Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build and Corporate Run.
Nicole Luis has overseen multi-million dollar custom home projects, from pre-construction through project completion, with a special emphasis on waterfront luxury residences. Nicole is known for her amazing work ethic, attention to detail and under the radar leadership style. During her tenure at MV she has managed the design & construction of waterfront homes on Palm Island, Golden Isles, and Hibiscus Island.
She is a graduate of one the most prestigious design university in the world, Academia Italiana in Florence, Italy.
Maria Varas is MV Groups Head Accounting Clerk. She oversees daily accounting and financial matters. Her role facilitates the designers, project managers, and buildout crew during the various project stages by ensuring proper reports pulled for budget updates, as well as paying out vendors and materials. Her duties are vital to our team’s success for every project type.
Nathalie Baez is responsible for and heavily involved in: project plan development, construction operations, cost and schedule analysis, subcontractor negotiations, and understands how to implement plans effectively and take a project through completion. Nathalie has collaborated with some of the top architects and designers in building high-end interior projects on Fisher Island & luxury waterfront residences in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Star Island.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Miami.
Becky Bowen is a strategic partner and operational leader who ensures effective staffing, compliance, and careful selection of new team

George Fernandez is an experienced professional in Construction and Interior Design, with expertise in managing high-value projects in local, national, and international markets. Liliana Stoikow is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of our organization through effective
accounting practices and leadership. As the Executive Accounting Manager, she leads the accounting team, manages core financial operations, and ensures financial integrity and compliance. Liliana plays a crucial role in guiding the company’s overall financial well-being.
Martin Aleman holds a pivotal leadership position at the construction site, where he oversees daily field operations. With experience in reviewing construction documents for compliance and resolving code issues, she tracks permits throughout all phases.
