MIAMI, August 24, 2016 – MV Construction & Development Group, gathered with nearly 100 crew members and partners today to celebrate the top off of the 4136 North Miami Avenue property in the heart of Miami’s Design District. Lead by Manny Angelo Varas, the project’s developer, general contractor and Harvard University alumnus of the distinguished Graduate School of Design, the event marked a milestone in the continued development of the popular Miami retail sector.

With the opening expected in 90 days, the propertys leasing and sales is handled by Tony Arellano of Metro 1 and will be Basel ready the building features Mediterranean style architecture, contrasting from the modern construction and design of existing buildings in the area. The ground floor boasts 3,317 square feet of retail space, with the second floor and third floors housing more than 5,059 square feet of commercial space.
