MV GROUP USA SUB-DIVIDES BAYFRONT LOT IN GOLDEN ISLES UPON COMPLETION OF 10,000 sf Bay-Front Mansion

As the Developer & Builder of 101 Holiday Drive MV has now been able to get city approval to sub-divide the lots to build a new 5,000 SF waterfront estate.

MIAMI, August 22, 2016 – MV Construction & Development Group, today celebrated city of Hallandale beach approval to subdivide the Bayfront property located at 101 Holiday Drive in the exclusive Golden Isles enclave. MV Group began developing the property in August, 2012 upon acquiring it for $4,100,00 in partnership with Caipora Keys LLC. The project consisted of re-designing the existing Bayfront 7636 SF Bayfront estate which included the addition of approximately 2000 SF of new construction, custom millwork, cigar lounge, impact windows & doors, Iron work, and a complete multi-million dollar renovation to the existing estate which is now completed. The original conceptual plan was to build a helicopter landing pad on the adjacent lot which after resistance from the city and neighborhood was changed into sub-dividing the lot to build a new 5,000 SF Bayfront estate.
