MV Group Designs Mansion for the film ‘Pain and Gain’
After successful completion of interior design & construction of this multi-million dollar Bay-front mansion MV Group’s property is featured in movie
MV Group, Florida’s top interior design / build firm, is no stranger to having homes being featured worldwide. After completing International Superstar’s Lil Wayne’s $14 Million Mansion renovation, it was featured in Lil Wayne’s “We steady mobbing” video. MV Group’s design approach was transforming this 1950’s home to its original splendor. While the home may present certain earmarks of movie location fabulousness (a swank Miami address, breathtaking Bay-front views), in both scale and design this modernist dwelling is unique as it was built in a period that epitomizes South Florida indoor-outdoor living. The 4,100-square-foot structure was gutted and completely renovated within 90 days to be ready for the Movie’s filming.
MV Group’s clientele list is a veritable who’s who of movers and shakers worldwide, including national hotel chains, Fortune 500 investors, publicly traded REIT, real estate developers, film stars, Grammy-winning musicians, International entertainment figures, sports celebrities and heads of foreign countries. “Although we do not discuss details of our celebrity clients’ projects, everyone is unique and special in their lives,” said Manny A. Varas, 33, Founder and President.
Varas, a well-known Miami business leader and top designer whose accolades include being named one of the Top 100 Entrepreneurs in the Nation, has turned MV Group into one of the fastest-growing Hispanic businesses in the country. In 2012, the firm acquired deals on many of South Florida’s most iconic and well-known developments, totaling over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of construction and $400 million in real estate value.
